Terms of Service

This license applies to all templates purchased on the Webflow Template Marketplace. The Single-Use License gives you, the purchaser, the ability to use the template on an ongoing, non-exclusive basis — you're allowed to use the template to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for free.

The “End Product” is the final customized version/implementation of the template that you will use or sell to a client. For a detailed view, please verify Webflow's policy here.

When you transfer a paid template to another person on Webflow or elsewhere, you transfer your license to that person. You are not allowed to "duplicate" a paid template and use it for another website. Each use of a paid template requires purchase of a Single Use License.

The design and layout of a chosen or purchased template will not automatically replace the design and layout of a pre-existing website in your account. Templates come as-is and may require customization

Our Basic Setup service is about adding your branding and content to one of our templates. The chosen template will be adapted to your basic needs, keeping its styling as it is. Layout changes will be made if they are small arrangements, and the addition of new pages is also possible if we can use the same visual elements the template already has.

We expect the buyer (you) to provide us with all the content the template needs to receive: images, copy, icons, videos, and any other type of visual asset you might want to add to your website.

Integrations with other technologies are not included.

Our Premium Setup includes all the Basic Setup possibilities but offers more options regarding customization. Let's say you like template A, but want a different navigation, a different footer, add or remove CMS fields, create more CMS pages, customize the e-commerce pages, and so on.

We don't create your visual elements or your written content — we expect you to provide us with those. Integrations with other technologies might be included if not so advanced.

Besides our Setup Services, we can transform your Figma designs into a Webflow website. Once we have analyzed the files, we will share our views so that you can understand our process, how long it takes, and what you can expect regarding to deliveries.

We make sure things are well-aligned before starting the work — you will need to answer a few questions so we can understand your requirements and meet your expectations.
